- Free Delivery : Xcessorymate is pleased to offer free delivery on all orders where our partnered courier services provide complimentary shipping coverage to your pin code. Free delivery is subject to the terms and serviceability of our shipping partners and may be updated periodically.
- Unserviceable Pin codes: If your delivery address falls within a pin code that is not serviced by any of our courier partners for delivery, we reserve the right to cancel your order. In such cases, our team will make all reasonable efforts to seek alternative shipping solutions, which may include attempting delivery via other logistics partners. If no alternative shipping options are available for your location, your order will be cancel-ed, and any payment already made will be refunded in full to the original payment method.
- Communication & Address Modification : Should we encounter issues with pin code serviceability or require confirmation of shipping details, we will contact you promptly via email and/or phone (using the contact information provided by you during checkout). You may be requested to provide an alternative shipping address within a serviceable pin code to facilitate the fulfilment of your order. If you are unable to provide a revised address, your order will be cancelled and refunded.
- Customer Responsibility : It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address and contact details provided during checkout are accurate and complete for timely communication and delivery.
- Delivery Time-frame : Xcessorymate endeavours to deliver all orders within 2 to 5 business days from the date of dispatch. Business days refer to regular working days and exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and special festivals as observed or announced by the company.
- Holidays and Non-Operational Days : Our company does not process or dispatch orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or during special festivals and public holidays. Orders placed on such non-operational days will be processed on the next working day.
- Delays and Notification : While we strive to ensure all orders are delivered within the specified timeframe, unforeseen delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control. If we anticipate that your order may not be delivered within the promised period, we will inform you as soon as possible using the email address you provided at checkout. We will make every reasonable effort to deliver your product at the earliest possible opportunity.

- Refund Approval : Refunds will be approved only after; The returned product passes our quality inspection, The repacking video proof is reviewed and accepted by our team.
